Ollie is the Open Colleges chat bot. Helping answer common questions, Ollie uses both machine learning and language recognition techniques.

Achievements

• Ollie is written in Node.JS and utilises Microsoft LUIS (language understanding) platform. Ollie the chat bot is able to learn from conversations and answer over 50 common questions.
• Freeing them up from answering common questions, Ollie leads to the generation of more qualified leads for the sales and enrolment team.
